Thursday, July 30 is currently sold out. As the event approaches, additional rooms may become available as attendees finalize their reservations.

Rooms are still widely available Friday through Sunday.

Attendees looking for a Thursday night stay should check back periodically for updates. Attendees may also email Deidra Eberle at deberle@facs.org to be added to the waitlist. We will contact waitlisted attendees directly if rooms become available. There are also hotel options directly across the street from the meeting location. Attendees are welcome to check nearby hotels for Thursday night availability.

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, and check-out is at 11:00 am local time. Every effort will be made to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out for guests. However, it cannot be guaranteed and is based on the availability of the hotel.

Reservation Deadline

The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is Friday, July 3, 2026. Reservations received after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.

Cancelation

Reservation cancelations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancelation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee

Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.

**Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Getting There and Parking

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

The hotel does not have a shuttle to/from MCO, however both Taxi and Ride Share are available at MCO to the hotel at an average rate of $40.

Parking is available onsite at the hotel for $38/day for on-site self-parking, and $53/day for on-site valet parking.
